Who you are buying from

This store is operated by Affiliate Apparel, a business registered in Ireland. You can reach us at romanowskispider@gmail.com. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Affiliate Apparel; "you" means the person placing the order.

By placing an order you accept these terms. Please read them — they are short.

Ordering

Adding something to your basket is not a contract. When you pay, we send an order confirmation acknowledging your order; the contract is formed when we confirm that your order has been accepted and sent for production.

We can decline an order — if an item is unavailable, if a price was listed in error, if we cannot ship to your address, or if we suspect fraud. If we decline after you have paid, you get a full refund.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euro and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is charged separately and is shown at checkout before you pay. Import duties and taxes on deliveries outside the EU are not included — see our Shipping Policy.

We can change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order. If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, we will contact you before making or shipping it, and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Payment is taken at checkout. We do not see or store your card details.

Discount codes

Discount codes apply to the prices shown at the time you use them, and can be withdrawn or changed at any time. Unless a code says otherwise, one code per order, no cash value, and not valid on delivery charges.

Made to order

Every item is produced after you order it, by our print partners. Because printing is a physical process, small variations happen: print placement can shift by a few millimetres, and colours can look slightly different on fabric than on your screen. Variation within normal tolerance is not a fault. A genuinely misprinted, damaged or wrong item is — see our Refund Policy.

Garment measurements are on each product page. Please check them, because sizing differs between blanks.

Cancelling and returns

You have a 14-day right to cancel, and separate cover if something arrives faulty. Both are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Our artwork

The designs, photographs, text and branding on this store belong to us or are used with permission. You are buying the item, not the artwork on it. Please do not copy, reproduce or resell our designs, and do not use our name or logo without asking.

Using this site

Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to this store, and do not use it for anything unlawful. We may refuse service or close an account for any of that. We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Your account and your data

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under it. How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control — carrier failures, customs, industrial action, extreme weather and the like.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. None of this affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.

Law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your own country, and you can bring proceedings there.

If something has gone wrong, email us first — we would much rather fix it. If we cannot agree, consumers in Ireland can contact the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, and consumers elsewhere in the EU can contact the European Consumer Centre in their country. (The EU's online dispute resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.)
